we had a lovely family holiday here! the location has beautiful views. the staff are great. the food had delicious choices.

The pools were really unclean. I saw a green stain around the lagoon pool. dirt was floating in the water too. rooms are barely cleaned.

Fantastic Family Holiday

really good team separate check-in great staff

The team here is really good. Staff looked after us from arrival until departure. We upgraded to the Preferred Lounge and loved it. Linda, Monika, Abdullah, Dmitri and Eltheria were great (always smiling and helpful). We got a separate check-in with Anna, Ncolette and Natalie.

The beach gets very crowded. Half of the beach is occupied by a large inflatable from June to late August. This obstructs the views and diminishes the beach space. It was not in use because of generator issues.

The buffet has many options with different choices. Kosta, Spirios and Marie are three of the team members working there. I only wish there were crackers available to eat with the cheese selection.

Giannis greets guests every day (his enthusiasm is infectious). George was also very lovely and provided great service. Kate, Giorgia and Eleni are great spa therapists and provided a great treatment.

The resort features beautiful grounds, relaxing. I found the food to be consistently excellent, with service unmatched. The entertainment team were great, providing fun activities for the whole family. Luca especially ensured we felt welcome. He invited us to participate in water activities.

i very much enjoyed the multiple pools. the adult-only pool offered tranquility. the lagoon pool catered well to families. i spent a lot of time at the main bar and found the staff very helpful and efficient. they remembered my orders.
